Products

Are the pieces real?

100%! All our pieces are made of 14-karat gold and never plated. For our flagship collection we use gray diamonds, black diamonds, and opals. If you care for them as we recommend, you will enjoy them forever.

Where and how are they made?

All of our pieces are handmade by artisan goldsmiths in the Philippines. Coming very soon, we will take you into our studios so you can take a peek at the painstaking process involved in making LIMNIA pieces.

Where are the matereals from?

We purchase our gold from the Philippines, and, our stones and diamonds from Bangkok and India. While we can certify that our stones are conflict-free and ethically sourced, we are currently tracking the source of our gold.

How is bijoux different?

Our collection of modular fine jewelry essentials are designed to be creatively customized to keep up with your bold, dynamic life. Our pieces are made of high quality gold and stones, so you can wear them now while you build a jewelry wardrobe you will love forever.

Is there a way I can touch the products?

Can I bring my old jewelry pieces to you for re-design?

We love collaborating on new designs especially when it involves a piece you love so much. Due to the size of our operation, we are unable to do any custom work right now. But if it means so much to you, shoot us an email at team@limnia.com and we will see what we can do.

Shipping

Our online store now offers free 3-5 day shipping for US domestic addresses only, regardless of what you order.

Will bijoux deliver to me?

If you live in any of the 50 states and Puerto Rico, LIMNIA will deliver to you. Our pieces might take longer to get to you if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, but they will get there.

I live in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico – when will I receive my order?

Shipping to these states will take a bit longer. Expect about 12-16 days from the time of your order.

What are my shipping options?

1) Ground: (5-8 days): Always free.

2) Expedited (2-3 days and available to the 48 contiguous states): $25

3) Overnight (1-2 days and available to the 48 contiguous states): $35

When will Bijoux ship my order?

As soon as we receive your order, we will process it for shipment. All orders placed after 12 pm PT are processed the following day. Our UPS or Fedex courier will then pick it up from us and be on his way to bring the pieces to you. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.

I can’t track my order!

Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at team@limnia.com and we will let you know where your package is.

I accidentally put in the wrong address for my order.

Hate when that happens. But no worries! We will correct it for you if your purchase hasn’t shipped yet. Please email us at team@bijoux.com

I’m allergic to nickel, will this be a problem with your jewelry?

You are not alone! We’ve tested our jewelry for nickel and lead and while it should be totally safe for you to wear, we cannot guarantee our products will not trigger an allergic reaction.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my jewelry?

Sorry it didn’t work out. You can return your unused pieces within 14 days of receiving them. Just send us an email at team@bijoux.com.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the jewelry is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, that you have the proof of purchase and that you’ve obtained the shipping label from us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.

We will refund you in full back to your original form of payment. However, please note that we will not refund any shipping charges you paid.

When will i get my monay back for my return?

Refunds will take anywhere between 5-10 business days to appear back on your statement.

Help! I got the wrong product.

where should i drop off my return?

You can drop it off at any USPS collection box, USPS post office or any FedEx store.

Billing

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

when will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

what can i do if my payment is declined?

Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Check the following:

Check that your card is not expired.
Double check the accuracy of your credit card’s billing details; such as the billing address and the security code (i.e. what you’ve entered into the checkout details).
Call your credit card issuer – they might’ve have stopped this payment from going through.

I want to make changes to my order, how do I do that?

Drop us an email at team@bijoux.com and we will update your order as soon as we can.

how do i track my order?

At any time, you can view your order status on your My Account page. This page will be updated as soon as possible, at two different stages: first, when your credit card is charged and again when your product is shipped.

can i use multiple promo codes at checkout?

We only accept one promo code at a time. We are sure that there will be other opportunities to use your promo code in the future.
